Adoption Application Fury Pals are not for Sale. They have been rescued and our goal is to find the best adoptive environment in a permanent, loving forever home. In order to adopt a Furry Pal you must be at least 21 years of age. Furry Pals will not hold animals nor do we adopt dogs or cats on a “first come, first serve” basis. We will make every attempt to match furry pals with the most compatible family in a timely manner. It is Furry Pals' belief that all animals are to be spayed or neutered in order to help control our existing over pet population. Applicants with existing animals that are not spayed or neutered will not be considered for adoption.
Please complete this application so that we may assist you in finding a special, compatible companion to join your family. With this information, we minimize the risk of a failed adoption. The adoption fees (cash only) help defray the costs of spaying/neutering, testing, and vaccinating our pets, but rarely, if ever, cover all expenses. Additional donations are welcomed and appreciated. By completing this application and providing a vet reference, you are giving Furry Pals Rescue, Inc. express authorization to contact and confirm vet care of your current animals. The fee is non-refundable and to be paid at the time of adoption. No exceptions. We reserve the right to refuse any adoption we feel is not in the best interest of the dog or the adopter. In order to help de-fray the cost of our Furry Pals, we now request a NON -refundable $10 application fee. 50% of your application fee will be applied towards your adoption contribution if approved.
